the cauliflower and carrots <
i made squash yesterday. i never thought i liked it. but when i went vegan, i had yellow squash and i enjoyed it in fajitas. so, my mom gave me this acorn squash from my dad's garden to take back to school with me. i baked last evening after drizzling with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper. it was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!! i was amazed b/c i thought i hated it. it was like a potato, but different. but great. and delicious. yum.
